Beautifully decorated hotel with great ambiance.
The staff was severely lacking. it felt empty. We struggled to get help whenever we needed anything, which was frustrating. The turndown service we expected didn't happen, and they didn't replace our dirty towels. It seemed like they were understaffed, but we never got any explanation.

The incredible service was a highlight. staff helped us with a taxi mix-up and even provided special soap for a wine spill. The beautifully designed garden offered a perfect escape.

Stunning garden oasis with a peaceful pool, good decor, and a friendly dog adding a homely touch. Enjoyed the unique experience of opening massive windows to listen to the birds sing! It felt like a countryside retreat in the middle of the city.

What a serene escape! The stunning garden and peaceful pool were highlights during our stay, and it was magical to open the massive windows to the sound of singing birds. Just a note that we had to call for food, which felt more like an Airbnb experience than a traditional hotel. I would absolutely choose this oasis again!

The lush garden view was AMAZING! It felt like a little oasis in the city. The only downside was the limited staff visibility. it could be hard to find someone when I needed assistance. Overall, a perfect stay!

This place is a hidden gem in Avignon. The garden is super beautiful, with flowers, birds, and even a pond with fish and turtles. Our room had huge windows for fresh air and bird songs in the morning. The pool looked natural and was surrounded by flowers. Tom helped us navigate the old town easily, and the service was top-notch. They even provided mosquito spray!

La Divine Comedie is a stunning retreat in Avignon. The gardens and swimming pool create a magical atmosphere. Tom's hospitality made our stay truly special, although the phone-only service for drinks felt a bit unconventional. Definitely coming back for the unique charm!
